Styles
Choy Li Fut 蔡李佛
A combat style developed during times of war, designed to face multiple opponents at once. It combines wide movements and fast techniques with powerful force generation for close and long-range combat.
Tai ji Quan 太極拳
An internal art that combines smooth, fluid movements with controlled breathing. Designed to improve health, balance, and relaxation, it also develops internal strength and martial skills through the harmony between mind and body.
It combines direct and explosive movements with the management of internal energy (Qi). Inspired by animals, it develops strength, balance, and mental focus through techniques based on intention and the cycles of creation-destruction of the five elements.
